Gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, vegan and delicious!
- 2 cups Milk (any kind)
- 1 piece Turmeric (fresh, 2 inches)
- 1 tbsp Raw Honey
- 2 tsps Coconut Oil
- ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
- ⅛ tsp Cinnamon (sprinkle)
- Place all ingredients, except cinnamon, in blender and combine well.
- Pass through fine mesh strainer into a small pot.
- Heat on medium, stirring well, until hot.
- Pour into mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
Avoid a Mess:Rinse all glasses and mugs out right after use to avoid turmeric stains. Use baking soda on turmeric stains if they do happen.
