Ingredients
  • 2 cups Milk (any kind)
  • 1 piece Turmeric (fresh, 2 inches)
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 2 tsps Coconut Oil
  • ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
  • ⅛ tsp Cinnamon (sprinkle)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients, except cinnamon, in blender and combine well.
  2. Pass through fine mesh strainer into a small pot.
  3. Heat on medium, stirring well, until hot.
  4. Pour into mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
Notes
Use Turmeric Powder: Can't find it fresh? Use about 2 tsp of powdered turmeric for this recipe instead. You won't need to strain.

Avoid a Mess:Rinse all glasses and mugs out right after use to avoid turmeric stains. Use baking soda on turmeric stains if they do happen.
