You can’t even taste the spinach or the hemp hearts! Promise.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and delicious!
- 1 Frozen Banana
- ½ cup Baby Spinach (packed)
- ½ cup Frozen Mango
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Navel Orange (juiced)
- ¼ cup Hemp Hearts
- 1-2 cups Hemp Milk
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
More Protein: Add 2 tablespoons collagen powder or vegan protein powder.
No Hemp Milk: Use almond milk, coconut milk, or whatever milk you like.
High Powered Blender: Use the whole orange, peeled, instead of juicing it, or a piece of fresh ginger, peeled, for extra oomph! You may also opt to use kale instead of spinach for another heartier greens option.
