Served hot or iced, infused ginger is incredibly healing in the body and works well to kill nausea.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, vegan, and delicious!
- 1 piece Ginger Root (3 inches)
- 4 cups Water (boiling)
- Slice ginger up (peeling is optional) into slices and place in bottom of quart sized mason
- Add boiling water (leave room at the top) and cap.
- Allow to sit at room temp for 3-4 hours, then refrigerate.
- Drink hot or iced, 1 cup per day. Enjoy!
