Ginger Infusion
 
This two ingredient tonic is perfect if anyone in the house has tummy-troubles.

Ingredients
  • 1 piece Ginger Root (3 inches)
  • 4 cups Water (boiling)
Instructions
  1. Slice ginger up (peeling is optional) into slices and place in bottom of quart sized mason
  2. jar.
  3. Add boiling water (leave room at the top) and cap.
  4. Allow to sit at room temp for 3-4 hours, then refrigerate.
  5. Drink hot or iced, 1 cup per day. Enjoy!
Notes
More flavor: Add sliced lemon and raw honey.
