Clear up your burning nutrition questions & confusions, get specific food guidance, bust through the emotional and mental barriers that have you stuck, and even get a bundle of custom-chosen recipes in this quick-and-dirty “let’s tackle your stuff!” session. 

What you get:

A powerful 75-minute session. Conducted in-person or by phone / video, this can be a fast “tune-up” for previous clients, a great “toe-dipper” for those considering a more intensive coaching option, or an awesome re-focus for anyone in need of some immediate direction and guidance.

A one-page visual “trail-guide.”  I sketch out this visual while we talk, based entirely on what comes up in the session. Many clients say this is their favorite part of the experience and the visual is helpful long after the fact as a synopsis of where to focus.

Recipes! Ten custom-chosen NSK-developed super-tasty really-pretty recipes bundled in an e-book. I email these to you based on your preferences / goals within 48 hours of our session. Just for you!

You will be emailed within 24 hours of buying to schedule.

Locals may opt to see Ry in-person in Wilmington, NC. Distance clients can experience the same level of awesome in a session by using phone / Facetime / Skype, which is a surprisingly effective way to receive coaching.

    Rye’s coaching session was extremely helpful to me when I was struggling to stick with the FODMAP diet for IBS. She helped me to clearly identify the issues I was having as well as concrete strategies for using the diet successfully. Before the call, I was unsure how much help she could offer, but was pleasantly surprised. After the call, she followed up with recipes and meal planning suggestions. My symptoms are much improved. I highly recommend Rye’s personal coaching session!

    The coaching work that I did with Ryanna has established a foundation of and for positive change and growth in my life. She is an active listener who reflects back what she is hearing, and helps her clients drill down to the core of what is important to them. And then she scaffolds an exploration of how to achieve what is important by asking prompting questions that lead her clients to problem solving in manageable steps for each individual. I wanted support in creating positive change around food, and in receiving that gained tools and techniques for creating positive change in all aspects of my life.

    Rye’s series of sessions with me were life-changing, and so freeing. I thought that I would have to deprive myself to feel better, and that I would have to do exactly what she told me to do. Our sessions were actually the opposite. She empowered me to make the decisions best for my body and she gave me the tools to move in that direction. I actually went on a cooking and baking frenzy after our first session, because I felt so inspired and excited! My body has miraculously changed and healed! More importantly, the way I talk to myself about it, and the intuition I have around food has evolved tremendously. I will be forever grateful for her coaching sessions.

    Coaching with Rye has been so eye opening. She is so focused on peeling back the layers of beliefs I have held about food and health and myself. Rather than just being a “food coach” who tells you what to eat, she helps you understand the connections with food and your body – your WHOLE body. Body, mind, spirit. Her coaching sessions have been gamechanging for me. She is helping to break through some long-term, but very limiting ideas and empowering me to really enjoy food without stress.

    Sometimes I find recipes daunting…I do so much better if I can watch somebody do something. I get hung up on small things. It was really helpful to make a recipe together with Ry and talk through some health goals in my space that I use on a daily basis.

    Rye is real, raw & realistic. She listens you you and helps you set up goals that are attainable and doesn’t let you set yourself up for failure. Rye is amazing at walking you through and helping you to find the root cause of what is holding you back. Rye is such a lovely person, with such light, that is it easy to open up to her and really get down to the nitty gritty and startnyour real food journey! I have followed Rye from the beginning and I NEVER stop learning from her. This journey has been incredible and she’s been my cheerleader and coach the whole way. I tend to take care of everyone else and she reminds me to take care of me too. I would DEF recommend you invite her on your journey!

    Monthly coaching with Ry has helped me to see that wanting a healthy lifestyle is about more than just what food you eat… it is sleep, hydration, movement, self care… Through the coaching calls she has helped me to imagine what a healthy lifestyle would be and feel like for me. That was something I had never done before. Once I had that vision she helped me define what I needed to make that vision a reality then to integrate these pieces into goals are attainable and manageable.

    Coaching with Ryanna eventually lead me to find a diagnosis of Hashimotos Autoimmune. I originally came to Rye because I was struggling with veganism and being an athlete. I felt like I wasn’t getting enough nutrients. Rye was able to help me learn to listen to my body and helped me to discover that the vegan lifestyle was wrong for me at that point in my life. I learned some great stress techniques as well (I’m a mom of 4). I now know how to listen to my body, eat wholly, and manage my stress levels through breathing, etc. Thank you Rye so much for taking your time to help me learn to nourish myself.
