This method is short and sweet and will make you want to throw all the herbs in a blender.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, vegan, and delicious!
- 4 cups Cilantro
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsps Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and blend/pulse until well combined. Flavors get better as it sits!
Storage: Keeps well in the refrigerator for weeks! In Argentina, it is left out at room temperature for days at a time, and the flavors really deepen.
