Sometimes the best kind of breakfast is the kind you mix up in a jar the night before so you can grab a spoon and go in the morning.

If you’re dairy-free, just use coconut yogurt and skip the sweetener if it’s already sweet.

Buy certified gluten-free oats if you avoid gluten, oats are known for cross contamination.

Goopy, filling, flavorful, and sweet, this one totally hits the spot for breakfast, or any meal!

Gluten-free, grain-free and delicious!
