Sometimes the best kind of breakfast is the kind you mix up in a jar the night before so you can grab a spoon and go in the morning.
If you’re dairy-free, just use coconut yogurt and skip the sweetener if it’s already sweet.
Buy certified gluten-free oats if you avoid gluten, oats are known for cross contamination.

Gluten-free, grain-free and delicious!
- ⅓ cup Oats (rolled)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- ⅛ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt (see notes)
- ½ cup Plain Coconut Milk (from the carton)
- ½ Banana (sliced)
- Add all ingredients to a medium-sized container. Stir well to combine. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and enjoy!
Dairy Free : Use plant-based Coconut Yogurt instead.
Additional Toppings : Fresh berries, chopped walnuts, chia seeds, hemp hearts, cinnamon, sea salt, or berry jam.
