Benefits of Celery Juice: Calms inflammation, eradicates bacteria and virus, has beneficial mineral salts, increases hydrochloric acid, balances body's PH, heals the liver, and eases bloating and digestive process.

Best Practices: Drink 16 ounces (may need more or less than a bunch of celery, depending on size) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Don't add any other ingredients to the juicer, and wait 20 minutes before eating.

No Juicer: Blend celery in a high powered blender for 1-2 minutes then strain out pulp through fine mesh strainer / nut milk bag before drinking.

Taste: If the flavor is unappealing, you may add an ice cube or chill slightly. The more you drink it, the more your palate will get used to, and even come to crave the juice.
